Elizabeth Sadock, Phd
Clinical Psychologist

Elizabeth has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University. Throughout her career, she has focused on helping clients with a wide range of concerns, such as depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment, relationship problems, weight management, smoking cessation, insomnia, chronic illness, physical pain, alcohol/substance use, and trauma. Her treatment aims to empower people by helping them develop tools to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives. Her research publications focus on the effectiveness of integrating mental health services into medical settings to provide patients with holistic care.

She started a private practice in Virginia in February of 2020. She has held a variety of positions prior to starting her practice, including working at a physical rehabilitation center in Shanghai China, integrating mental health into a primary care clinic, and working as a Health Psychologist and Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU). Currently she also works as an Assistant Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University supervising Clinical Psychology Doctoral students.
